It was a saving grace to have this facility so close by because my car can be challenging to work on. Despite every adversity that seemed to arise, Jeremy stayed in constant communication every step of the way. When I gave the wrong card number to Mary, I called back and got Cameron who continued to display that same infectious, amazing, inviting customer support energy! Victoria Dodge really exemplifies customer support to the highest degree. The technicians, whose names I don’t know, thank you! You all did an amazing job restoring my baby and she runs so well! The past few months I’ve had car trouble and have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership getting to the bottom of it! Mike was my representative both times and he did a awesome job of explaining things and helping me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed! When it came time to pick up my car he walked me to my car and took the time to explain thoroughly what was all repaired and done. Beautiful new facility, very clean and huge inventory. Our salesman was Justin Smith, he was very helpful and patient with during the whole process. We left with a beautiful truck and an awesome experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Justin Smith as well.

The best service ever, I cant believe how kind and giving the staff were. They offered water, popcorn and coffee. Not only was my sales man great but all that worked around him were so family like. I am blown away at how efficient the guys are at Victoria CDJR. They went out of their way to make sure when I arrived from California that the truck was ready to go and all I had to do was sign documents. Everything that was on the invoice when I showed up had already been disclosed to me and there were NO surprises. I appreciate that. The 3500 LongHorn I purchased was in excellent condition and was able to make the trip up to Dallas with zero hiccups. Thanks to Howard for actually following through unlike most dealers and mailing me out the second key for the truck. These are the guys I will be purchasing all my trucks from. Great work guys.

One of the best places to buy a car got me a new Jeep Liberty but this wouldn’t of been possible if it wasn’t for lake he helped me throughout the whole process and never gave up one bit of the way. I’ve never had that type of service at any other place so for anyone thinking about buyin a vehicle this is the spot!!!

Every time I’ve taken my vehicle to Victoria Dodge for service, I’ve had a good experience. I took my vehicle to get the battery checked on 12/30/2025, and got it replaced for free because it was under warranty. Employees Alfred and Mary were very nice and helpful.
